Terms and Conditions for 50Pros Rewards Program

1. Introduction
Welcome to the 50Pros Rewards Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Participants and clients are synonymously used in these terms, which is the party using 50Pros to find & hire an agency.
An agency is the party that is listed on 50Pros, and provides services to clients.
2. Eligibility
- This program is open to all clients using 50Pros to find and engage agencies. No payment is required to 50Pros.
- The agencies must be registered with 50Pros and be in good standing, as defined and at the discretion of 50Pros.
3. Rewards Program Description
- Participants in the Rewards Program can earn cash rewards based on the total amount spent on services contracted through 50Pros.
- Participants must mention to the agencies **BEFOE THE PROJECT STARTS** that they found them on 50Pros and will be Claiming the cash award
- The reward amounts and corresponding service expenditure thresholds are detailed on our platform (view page) and promotional materials.
4. Brokerage Fee
- Using 50Pros, including participating in this Rewards Program, is free for all participants and clients.
- The Rewards Program is financed by the fees 50Pros collects from its agencies as part of a comprehensive membership structure that includes 5% brokerage fee charged to agencies for all transactions originating from 50Pros.
- Rewards are contingent upon successful collection of the brokerage fee from the agency. No rewards will be issued to clients if 50Pros fails to collect the corresponding brokerage fee from the agency, or if the agency is not in good standing at the time of cash disbursement.
5. Claiming Rewards
- Participants must mention to the agencies **BEFOE THE PROJECT STARTS** that they found them on 50Pros and will be Claiming the cash award
- Rewards must be requested, Claimed, within 90 days following the completion of the project.
- Clients must submit a formal request to claim any rewards due, following the procedure outlined on our website (view page).
- Rewards are paid out 90 days after from the point when 50Pros has assessed the Claim, including any
6. Terms of Program Description & Example
- Participants in the Rewards Program can earn cash rewards based on the total amount spent on services contracted through 50Pros over a 12-month period.
- The total project spend calculated for rewards will expire 12 months from the start date of each project.
- Example: If a client spends $5,000 each month for 12 months, the total spend of $60,000 will qualify them for a cash reward of $3,750. If that same client was hiring a second agency, paying the exact same amount, then their reward is $7,500.
7. Limitations of Liability
- 50Pros is not responsible for rewards not received due to our failure to collect brokerage fees from agencies.
- In no event shall 50Pros be liable to any party for any loss or damages resulting from or arising out of or in connection with the use of the Rewards Program.
8. Changes and Termination
- 50Pros reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice, including, but not limited to, the rules, terms, and rewards.
9. General Conditions
- Participation in the Rewards Program constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
- All decisions made by 50Pros regarding the Rewards Program are final and binding.
12. Anti-fraud Provision
- 50Pros reserves the right to investigate any activity that may violate these terms, including collusion between clients and agencies to manipulate the rewards program for undue gain.
- Any attempt to defraud 50Pros or manipulate the rewards program may result in the immediate termination of eligibility for current and future rewards, and may lead to legal action.
- Participants must conduct their transactions with agencies in good faith, without any deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent activity.
