Could you give us a brief overview of a standout project recently completed?

‍Hard Rock Digital needed someone to build out their new website for hardrock.bet. They provided the design files and assets in Figma, and we built the site using WordPress and Salient theme.

What specific challenges did your client face that led them to seek your services?

‍While they had the resources to create the design of the site, they didn't have the in-house expertise to quickly and effectively build the website.

How did your agency's approach or methodology uniquely address these challenges?

‍We are WordPress experts, that's our focus. They found us by searching for WordPress developers with experience with the Salient theme, which we have.

‍

Did your team implement any innovative strategies or technologies in this project? How did these contribute to the outcome?

‍WordPress and Salient are quite robust and have a myriad of features, but do not cover every design requirement that they needed/wanted. To this end, we custom coded some features to accommodate their specific vision for their site.

‍

Were there any significant obstacles or unexpected turns during the project, and how did your team overcome them?

‍Nothing out of the ordinary. We created the site then sent it for review, they sent feedback and we made those adjustments until they were satisfied.

How did you collaborate with the client throughout the project? Were there any notable synergies or learning experiences?

‍We collaborated via email threads and Figma. It was quite straightforward. They were a knowledgeable and experienced team which makes things a lot easier for us.

What measurable results or tangible benefits did the client experience as a result of your work?

‍They ended up with an excellent and functional website.

‍

How do you anticipate this project will impact the client's success going forward?

‍I imagine it will help them with informing and acquiring customers in that sector of their business empire.

How did the client respond to the completed project? Do you have any client testimonials you could share?

‍They were very happy with how quick and responsive we were and how close we were able to match the design files. Here a few comments they made throughout the process:

How does this project exemplify your agency's core strengths or unique selling points?

‍We are WordPress experts because that is our sole focus. They needed someone who knows WordPress and Salient, and we were perfect for them. We are able to communicate effectively and help resolve issues and provide suggestions or recommendations. We make sure the client is satisfied before we finish any project.

Looking back, what aspects of the project are you most proud of, and why?

‍That we were able to reproduce their design into a fully functional website with the animations and transitions they wanted. It's really satisfying to be able to bring a client's vision to fruition for them.

What were the key learnings from this project? How has this experience enhanced your agency's capabilities?

‍We learned that working with experienced and capable clients makes everything easier.

Based on your experience with this project, what advice would you give to other companies facing similar challenges?

‍Be sure to meet your clients where they are (with regards to knowledge and experience). You will need to use different language to suit your clients' understanding.

Are there any upcoming projects or new directions your agency is excited about?

‍We are still working with Hard Rock Digital maintaining and building new pages and more for their websites. We are also currently maintaining and rebuilding a bunch of websites for Trax Retail. They are a global retail technology company and have entrusted us with all of their website needs.
