Could you give us a brief overview of a standout project recently completed?

We just completed the world's first fully certified VR Education Platform. The Kois Center VR app.

What specific challenges did your client face that led them to seek your services?

The client is great at educating dentists, so good that they have a waiting list for their in-person education. They now wanted to offer their education in VR so that it can be fully completed and certified within the VR app itself.

How did your agency's approach or methodology uniquely address these challenges?

We got together with the client and spent the first month of the project just scoping the user flow and understanding the architecture of the app. After this, we managed to create an app with some impressive features. The app allows for full multiplayer where users can join lectures together or go through them alone at their own pace. After completing the lectures, they can take an exam in VR and unlock new lectures. They also have access to all the relevant support materials.

Did your team implement any innovative strategies or technologies in this project? How did these contribute to the outcome?

Since this is the first app of this kind in the world, we had to create quite a few innovative elements to make this happen. Our multiplayer structure was incredibly complex and allows users to schedule lectures and checks the permissions if they should be able to access other lectures. There is also an AI model of the lecturer, connected with the lecturers 3D avatar that allows the user to ask specific question and it was modeled on the founder of the Kois Center and his specific way of answering these questions. The way in which we approached the exams is also very innovative, as we basically have them as the main check if someone has passed the lecture or not.

Were there any significant obstacles or unexpected turns during the project, and how did your team overcome them?

Of course, some of the most innovative features required a lot of testing and iteration to complete, but we are proud to say we completed them within the deadlines.

How did you collaborate with the client throughout the project? Were there any notable synergies or learning experiences?

The collaboration with the client was fantastic, we used out "white-glove" approach to make it as simple and easy for the client and the client had a lot of understanding for the process and the time needed to complete this very large app.

What measurable results or tangible benefits did the client experience as a result of your work?

The initial reactions of the learners were fantastic. The client will be launching this in the near future so at that point we will be able to see some more tangible results.

How do you anticipate this project will impact the client's success going forward?

We believe that the Kois Center, will be known for its innovative approach for years to come as they will be not only the only dental teaching center in the world with this technology, but also the world's first comprehensive VR education platform in any industry.

How does this project exemplify your agency's core strengths or unique selling points?

The ability to deliver the world's-first ever comprehensive VR education platform in under 1 year is a major achievement. But what we are the happiest about are the incredibly positive reactions we are getting from the client, and the success that the app has brought to them. This really shows the power of our "white-glove" approach, where the client understood every detail of the development while not being overwhelmed with work or documentation, as we handled most of the complexities and made it as easy for them as possible.

Looking back, what aspects of the project are you most proud of, and why?

The ability to integrate so many complex features in one app in such a short time is a monumental achievement. But for me, the proudest moment was when the client sent us videos of learners trying it out and loving their experience. This meant so much to us, as we really put a lot of passion into creating this and seeing such strong emotional reactions from interacting with technology is only possible with VR.

What were the key learnings from this project? How has this experience enhanced your agency's capabilities?

This, alongside with another one of our projects - Rexee - the world's first market research app in VR allowed us to realize that we have the skill and ability to create applications that are completely new and innovative. It took us some time to develop processes where we could create these items which are at the absolute cutting-edge, but now that we are here and we know we are capable of doing so, it makes us very proud.

Based on your experience with this project, what advice would you give to other companies facing similar challenges?

Communication is key. Make sure to communicate truthfully whenever you are facing any issues with the development and always offer solutions instead of describing problems.

Are there any upcoming projects or new directions your agency is excited about?

We are continuing the work on this VR education experience, we will also be launching our own game - Hexarcher which will launch during the Christmas period. Also, there are some incredibly innovative apps which we are working on with some of the most innovative companies in the world, but we can not disclose them yet, unfortunately.
